- Sales videos for major retailersPublishers provide our videos to major retailers such as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Target, Levy Home Entertainment, Anderson Merchandisers, and Hudson News for sales manager meetings. Videos can be customized for each retailer.
- Pre-salesOur videos are distributed in DVD format and as electronic links to book buyers throughout the U.S. as much as six months before a title is released.
- Sales ConferenceOur videos have generated buzz and excitement and are a useful tool to motivate your sales force.
- In Store LoopsPublishers arrange with retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, Sam's Club, Joseph Beth, and Hastings to run our videos as continuous loops in their stores.
- Author, publisher, retailer and specialized websitesAuthors, publishers, and retailers run our videos on their web sites and include links in online newsletters such as Borders, Booksense, and Powell's. Some of our videos air on BN.com and Amazon.com placement on these sites are arranged through the publisher. We also work with publishers to secure distribution to specialized websites related to the subject of the book. For example, our videos for craft books are sent to craft web sites, message boards, and blogs.
- Book ClubsWe produce short format programs for book club web sites with book club members discuss a particular title, as well as long format programs featuring the author (1/2 hour to 90 minutes) which publishers distribute to Book Club members on DVD.
- RepurposingA produced video can get a lot of traction for an initial hardcover release and can be used again for paperback and mass market releases.
- Viral VideoExpanded Books produces custom videos created specifically for viral sharing. Some examples of these are a spoof on West Side Story for HAPPY HOOKER, as well as a mock political ad for HOW TO KAZOO, touting the "Keep America Humming" campaign to make the kazoo the national instrument. These videos are distributed to all our distribution channels as well as specific websites that are relevant to the title.
